Boot Camp
Have you been looking for something new and
different for fitness fun??? Join Rod and Rachael, your personal
trainers and experience a new way to get fit and stay fit.
Training is their passion with a combined expertise in the
areas of kickboxing, core resistance training, Pilates, yoga,
and body sculpting. The six week boot camp session is held
3 days per week; a registered dietician tailors a nutrition

Personal Training

Training is the answer. I currently provide one-on-one personal

Stroller Strides
Stroller Strides is a stroller fitness class where mom
can workout with her baby. It's a great way to get in shape,
be with your baby and meet other moms! The classes consist
of a Power Walk/jog combined with body sculpting exercises
using exercise tubing, your stroller and the environment.
Classes are designed to accommodate all levels of exerciser.

Music Together
Come and experience a delightful, nationally acclaimed
children’s music and movement program. It is a family
participation class for children ages’ birth through
four and is facilitated by a Talega Mom – Gina Siebert.
Activities are developmentally appropriate for your children
and easy for the parent/caregiver regardless of musical ability.
You and your children will participate in songs, rhythmic
chants, movement and instrument play. The class is for mixed
ages and up to 12 families per class is the recommended limit.
